By downloading or using Cruise ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Cruise is a content aggregation app that provides a unified interface for viewing short-form video from third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to violate any third-party platform's terms of service, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App.

2. Third-Party Content

Cruise does not host, upload, or control the content displayed through the App. All content is sourced directly from third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of that content.

3. Driving Safety

If you use Cruise while driving, you do so at your own risk. Always follow all applicable traffic laws. Do not operate a motor vehicle while distracted by video content. Cruise is designed for use with Bluetooth steering wheel controls to minimize distraction, but it is your responsibility to drive safely.

4. No Warranty

Cruise is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party platforms will remain accessible through it.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cruise and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
